      Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI):

    • Primary operator in 300+ PCI procedures, including Primary PCI.
      • Skilled in IVUS and OCT-guided interventions to optimize outcomes.
      • Assisted in over 1,000 complex PCI cases, with active involvement in lesion assessment and procedural planning.
      • Cardiac Device Implantation:

      • Independently performed 400+ permanent pacemaker implantations (PPI).
        • Proficient in the implantation of ICDs, CRT-Ds, and leadless pacemakers.
        • Structural and Congenital Interventions:

        • Experienced in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI), Balloon Mitral Valvotomy (BMV), Balloon Pulmonary Valvotomy (BPV), Atrial Septal Defects (ASD) and Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) device closures.
          • Electrophysiological Procedures:

          • Experienced in Electrophysiology Studies(EPS) and Radiofrequency Ablations (RFA) with 3D electroanatomic mapping systems for complex arrhythmia cases.
            • Peripheral Vascular Interventions:

            • Proficient in procedures like coarctoplasty, IVC filter placement, and pulmonary thrombectomy.
              • Critical Care & Echocardiography

              • Extensive experience in managing the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) for 3+ years, with hands-on responsibility for acute cardiac emergencies including ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), cardiogenic shock, complex arrhythmias, and advanced cardiac life support during cardiac arrest.
                • Proficient in 2D transthoracic (TTE), transoesophageal (TEE), and 3D transthoracic echocardiography (3D-TTE) for real-time diagnostics.

                • Led weekly teaching sessions for junior residents, focusing on Cath lab protocols, echocardiographic interpretation, and the management of cardiac emergencies.
